Up-to-date information on the rating of AIS Department Teachers
One of the means of stimulating the professional development of teachers in KrNU is rating.
Primary indicators necessary for calculating the rating of a scientific and pedagogical worker:
- General characteristics: entered by the personnel department (PD); considers the receipt of a scientific degree, academic title, other titles and state awards; advanced training, internships.
- Scientific work: entered by the research department (RD); considers the training of highly qualified personnel, recognition of a scientist (according to the Hirsch index and the number of citations per academic year), research work, obtaining titles of protection, scientific awards and scholarships, scientific publications, holding scientific conferences, competitions, student research competitions, and management of student research work.
- Methodological work: included by the Educational and Methodological Department (EMD); includes the publication of all types of guidelines, textbooks and manuals, development of e-learning courses, preparation of documentation for accreditation, participation of teachers in accreditation as experts.
- International activities: entered by the Center for International Relations (CIR); considers the receipt of grants, signing of international cooperation agreements, participation in academic mobility programs, organization and participation in international events.
- Administrative bonus: is contributed by heads of structural units, vice-rectors and the rector.
