- 171 "Electronics" / 05.27.06 - Technology, equipment and production of electronic equipment
- 122 "Computer Science" / 05.13.06 - Information technologies

Education Process
During their studies, the components of graduate students' work are:
- Filling out an individual curriculum and research plan for a graduate student
- Annual reporting on the results of work at the department meeting
- Participation in conferences and other scientific events (list of scientific events of KrNU for all specialties)
- Publication of professional articles (list of professional journals of KrNU)
- Publication in journals included in scientific and metric databases: from the domain of KrNU, students have access to Scopus and Web of Science databases (List of Ukrainian journals, included in Scopus, WoS)
- Obtaining patents and copyright certificates: a brief overview of Preparation procedure of such documents
- Participation in the Research Work of the department and work at Research Center
- Participation in programs of academic mobility
Results
The department actively cooperates with leading universities and research institutions of Ukraine and participates in university academic mobility programs.
Postgraduate students of the department are involved in the academic mobility programs of the KrNU.
