Students of the Department of AIS Maksym Shevchenko (AKIT-21-2c) and Ivan Rusalenko (AKIT-23-1c) took part in the open summer championship of Ukraine in rifle, pistol and moving target shooting, which took place in Vinnytsia from July 11 to 18.
The team of Poltava region, which they were a part of, took the third place in the team competition, losing only to the teams from Kyiv and Vinnytsia.
Team awards:
- The team of Vladyslav Hryhorenko, Serhiy Hryhorenko and Maksym Shevchenko won a gold medal in small-caliber rifle shooting;
- the team of Vladyslav Hryhorenko, Maksym Shevchenko and Ivan Rusalenko won a bronze medal in air rifle shooting at a distance of 10 meters among men.
