On September 30, 2024, a meeting was held between higher education students and representatives of leading enterprises of the Poltava region.
The event was attended by PJSC Kryukiv Carriage Works, PJSC Poltava Mining, Globino Group, PJSC Kremenchuk Confectionery Factory Roshen, Lucas, and others. The topic of the meeting: “Modern practical training of students as the main condition for improving the quality of education”.
The main issues highlighted by the invited representatives of the companies were the possibilities of modern practical training, dual education and employment prospects for young professionals.
The participants of the event familiarized the students with the features and structure of their production processes. Presentation videos demonstrated the real working conditions, developed material and technical base and modern equipment. Particular attention was paid to the continuous development of production facilities, which requires the involvement of young specialists.
“We are always happy to see students and graduates as new members of the working team,” said the representatives of the enterprises, inviting the applicants to cooperate.
