On February 15, 2024, an online meeting of applicants for the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education of the Kremenchuk National University named after M. V. Ostrohradskyi (KrNU) with representatives of employers of the FERREXPO company took place. The event was attended by students from different departments of KrNU: automatic control systems and electric drive, electrical engineering, computer engineering and electronics, automation and information systems, mechanical engineering, as well as the department of cars and tractors.
The topics of the meeting included employment, selection for dual education, internships and summer training at Poltava Mining and Processing Plant (PMP).
Olena VASILCHENKO, Leading Specialist in Corporate Programs at the Department of Personnel Assessment and Development of the Management of PGOK, presented the achievements of FERREXPO in 2023 and spoke about the conditions for selecting higher education applicants for dual education, the possibility of internships and career growth from working to engineering positions at the enterprise.
Lyubov KOZYURA, HR Business Partner of PJSC "PGOK", reported on the peculiarities of conducting interviews for further study in dual education.
Artur Kondratenko, head of the process control system automation section of the auxiliary shops of the Centralized Automated Process Control System of PJSC "PFPP", spoke about the requirements for applicants for positions related to the automation of process control systems (ACS).
At the end of the meeting, the students interested in this topic asked their questions and thanked for the useful information.
